A full-day immersion to reset your body, open your mind, and experience meditation. No fluff — just the science, the tools, and the space to feel the shift for yourself.
This retreat will be held in Dutch
Maybe you’ve heard of meditation.
Maybe you’ve seen breathwork on social media.
Maybe you’ve even tried a few things—but it all felt too vague, too spiritual, or too far from your reality.
This day is different.
We built this one-day retreat for people who need to understand the WHY—not just be told to close their eyes and feel something.
You’ll move your body.
You’ll learn how your mind works.
You’ll feel the shift—not because someone told you to, but because your nervous system starts to breathe again.
Release. Embody. Align. Liberate. High-intensity movement to shake off stress, open the body, and drop into presence.
A gentle pause to recharge – with fresh water, light snacks, and a moment to simply breathe
What breathwork actually does to your brain and body—and why it’s more than a hype
A safe, guided journey to release what’s been stuck and create space for something new
A moment to connect with others, capture your thoughts on paper, and gently reflect on your journey
We’re excited to host our one-day retreat at Panthera gym in Assendelft—a place that has played a big role in our own journey of transformation.
As we worked on our inner world through meditation, breathwork, and emotional healing, we also began training at Pantera in private 1:1 sessions to strengthen our physical body.
The combination of inner and outer work created a powerful shift–and we deeply believe that true growth happens when both the body and the mind are supported.
Panthera isn’t just a gym. It’s a family-style business where people genuinely care. That’s why this partnership felt so natural. The way they show up for their members mirrors the way we show up for our retreat guests—with dedication, presence, and heart.
We’re grateful to bring this one-day retreat to life in a space that’s aligned with our values, and with people we trust.
The address: Dorpsstraat 1029C, 1566 JD Assendelft – 20 minutes from Amsterdam.
We know what it’s like to feel something stirring —
like it’s time for a shift, but you’re not sure where to begin.
We’ve both been there.
Curious about meditation and breathwork,
but put off by spaces that felt too vague, too spiritualized, or too far removed from everyday life.
That’s why we created the One-Day Harmonic Retreat.
Not as a spiritual crash course. Not as a performance.
And definitely not as something woo-woo.
It’s a grounded space to pause, reconnect, and explore what’s actually possible —
when you give yourself a real moment to breathe.
We don’t just guide you through the what —
we explain the why.
Why these tools work.
What they do to your nervous system, your body, your mind.
Because once you understand what’s happening, it becomes easier to trust the process — and to actually feel the shift.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to “believe” in anything.
And you definitely don’t need to pretend you have it all together. You just have to show up — as you are.
We’ll guide you through the day with meditation, breathwork, movement, and honest conversation. No pressure. No performance. Just a chance to come back to yourself, in the company of others who are doing the same.
We’d love to welcome you there,
Maria Cristina & Vincent – Founders of Harmonic Leap

Yes. We combine the latest insights from neuroscience and body-based practices with practical, tangible exercises—no vague jargon or dogma. Everything is grounded, clear, and easy to understand.

The retreat will be held in Dutch.
Not at all. Every movement can be adapted to your own pace and comfort level. You decide how far to go—our team makes sure everyone feels safe and supported.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can integrate into your daily life right away. Plus, you’ll be invited to join our free online community to stay connected and continue your journey with like-minded people.
Absolutely. Understanding why we meditate or breathe in certain ways is just as important as doing it.
We don’t believe in just saying “do this because it feels good” — we explain what’s happening in your body, brain, and nervous system.
Many of us are thinkers — and for us, knowledge was a huge part of the transformation.
That’s why education is a cornerstone of the retreat: you’ll learn not only how to practice, but why it works — so that your system and your mind are both on board.
It’s about creating coherence through understanding — not just going through the motions.
No special preparation is needed. After your booking, you’ll receive a Retreat Guide with everything you need to know to get ready and feel at ease for the day.

Maria Cristina is the heart and anchor of Harmonic Leap. Her journey began in a world where strength meant control, love had to be earned, and safety came from holding it all together.
Raised between two cultures and a narcissistic parent, she learned to adapt, to achieve, and to silence her own voice to survive.
For years, she searched for healing through self-work, books, frameworks, and personal development. It helped — but only on the surface.
The real shift came when she discovered the power of meditation and started to surrender, not just in thought, but in feeling.
That’s when she met herself again — not the version shaped by survival, but the woman rooted in truth, softness, and strength.
In one of her deepest meditations, she saw a vision: A villa. A long table. A group of people arriving as strangers and leaving as soul family. That vision became the foundation of Harmonic Leap.
As the lead organizer and energetic guide, Maria Cristina creates the conditions for transformation — from the practical to the profound. She is your anchor before, during, and after the retreat, holding space with warmth, directness, and deep intuition. Her gift is helping others soften — not by pushing, but by making them feel safe enough to put down the performance and be real.
Before there was a villa in Sicily… before the meditations and breathwork and the shared dinners under the stars… there was me: a woman who had spent her entire life performing, achieving, surviving. Trying to be „good enough“ in systems that never made space for her truth.
I grew up between two cultures—Sicilian at home, German outside—never fully belonging in either.
Under the roof of emotional instability and conditional love, I learned early on that safety meant control, that love was something to earn, and that being strong meant doing everything on my own.
By the time I reached adulthood, my independence had become my identity. But it came with a cost: emotional distance, exhaustion, and a deep disconnection from my own essence.
Even after meeting Vincent—the one person who saw me and loved me without trying to fix me—I still couldn’t fully let go. I was holding on too tightly to old protection.
Then, in December 2023, I attended a Joe Dispenza event. Not for me, but to support Vincent. Somehow… it changed my life.
For the first time, I found people who got me. Who didn’t ask me to shrink. Who thought like me, felt like me.
In one of the meditations, I saw a vision: a villa, a group of people, connection, stillness, movement, presence. I knew in that moment I was being shown something I was meant to create.
But life tested me first. I spiraled again, faced my unresolved trauma, and had a panic attack in front of my son.
In that moment, I realized: I hadn’t healed—I had just built higher walls. Vincent—bless him—put me on a plane to Orlando. Alone. To find my own voice again. And there, in one of my meditations, I surrendered. Not in thought, but in feeling.
I let it all burn: the control, the fear, the stories that weren’t mine. What remained was me. Real. Raw. Ready.
That’s when this retreat truly began. It’s not a business for us. It never was. It’s a soul offering. A space for people who, like me, have been too much, too quiet, too emotional, too strong—for too long.
It’s a place for you to take off your armor. To be soft and held, wild and honest. To move, cry, laugh, breathe, be.
Healing here doesn’t happen through fixing, but through remembering. Through witnessing. Through community.
Because healing doesn’t happen alone. It happens in the presence of others. It happens when someone like Axel makes you feel seen.
When someone like Jefi reminds you that you are love—that you just forgot.
This retreat came from that remembering. From the vision I saw and the version of myself I chose to become. And if you’re reading this, you’re likely part of that vision too. We don’t promise transformation. We promise a space where transformation becomes possible—if you’re willing to surrender to it.
Vincent’s journey began in 2020, when burnout left his nervous system depleted and none of the conventional tools — therapy, cold plunges, coaching, or hypnotherapy — could reach the root. Everything helped temporarily, but nothing truly healed.
That changed when he discovered the science behind meditation and the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza. Once he fully committed, something reignited — and from that spark, his real healing began.
At the retreats, Vincent leads group meditations and powerful somatic breathwork sessions, drawing from his ongoing breathwork teachings and his gift for sound design to guide deep emotional release and embodiment.
One of his greatest passions is helping others understand why the work works — what’s happening in the body, the nervous system, and the brain. He studies it daily, and is currently training to become a certified neuro change solutions coach.
Because for Vincent, knowledge is power — and knowing how to integrate the inner shifts of meditation into real, 3D life is the key to lasting transformation.
I didn’t arrive at this retreat with a dream. I arrived because my body—and life—left me no other choice. At the end of 2020, I hit a wall. My nervous system collapsed. My vision lagged. Conversations became overwhelming. I was overstimulated, short-tempered, and hollowed out. And the worst part? The people I loved most—Maria Cristina and our son—were getting the leftovers of me.
I sought help. I got diagnosed. I was told: “Maybe this is your new normal.” And something in me refused. If I broke myself, maybe I could rebuild myself. So I searched. Therapists. Cold plunges. Mental frameworks. Breathwork. Some helped. None healed.
Then I found Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work. And I committed. I flew alone to my first retreat—burned out, scared, unsure.
And there, in a meditation, something cracked open. Not pain—joy. Tears on a bike ride. Pure love from within.
It was the first time I understood: we are our own pharmacy.
Later, my chronic neck pain vanished in a meditation. One night, my body realigned itself while I slept. I burned with a fever—and let it burn, knowing I was shedding the old. This wasn’t mindset work. This was biology, energy, truth.
What I left behind wasn’t just pain. It was the version of me that had been surviving. The one who overworked, overcontrolled, stayed loyal to people and systems that drained him.
So I let go—of a business, of stability, of the old me—and I chose this path. Not to teach, but to live it.
When Maria Cristina had her vision of the villa, I knew: this is why we went through it all. This retreat isn’t strategy. It’s soul. It’s the integration of everything we’ve lived through: the breakdown and the breakthrough, the masculine and the feminine, the mind and the heart.
We’re not here because we have the answers. We’re here because we’ve walked the path—and created a space for you to walk yours. So if something in you is stirring, aching, ready… maybe this is your moment too. To remember. To choose. To become someone new. Because deep down… you already know.
As a professional in HR and IT I missed purpose in my life.
My personal experience with transformation from substance abuse, self harm, surviving domestic and sexual violence to a fulfilling and loving relationship with my inner and outer world, I became inspired to help others to achieve the same. First as a lifestyle coach and later as a personal trainer.
Through my lifelong observations of,- and experiences in working with people, I have come to realize that lasting change is always twofold. As with everything in life, contrast and balance are key elements. That’s why I focus on the combination of the physical and mental (internal-, and external). “As above, so below”
Empowering others through (online) coaching, supporting them with implementing a lifestyle that matches their goals and expression of their authentic self, has proven to give great and lasting results/change.
With a firm believe that our inner world is expressed in the external world, I support my coachees to tranform from within.
As an lived experience professional in the field of coaching and fitness, my focus is connecting with the self through the body. Regulating the nervous system, working with the body, the mind and in all areas of life(e.g. Nutrition, relationships, work, sleep) to create a well-balanced, happy, healthy, present and authentic human.
Recovering from burn out and domestic violence trauma I rebuild my strength to fight for myself through kickboxing.
First, just as a way to compliment a strength training program to build resilience, condition and health. Later on, I started to appreciate the sparring sessions as a way to leave the comfort of daily life and create a strong mindset.
Aside from dealing with the voices inside of your head, being pressured by an opponent brings a new level of discomfort and challenge to the table. Eventually, entering the ring for competitions was the last step for me to overcome myself.
This sport is perfect to reconnect with the self, get into the present moment, challenge your physical, mental and emotional state.
