Retreat Sicily | April 18–25 & September 12–19 2026

A week to slow down, reconnect, and remember who you are

Join us at La Collina dei Nebrodi, a private villa in the hills of Sicily, for seven days of daily meditations, mindful movement, nourishing Sicilian food, and soul-level connection with a small circle of like-minded people.

Daily meditation & breathwork · Shared meals and deep conversation · Space to rest, reflect, and reconnect · Movement under the Sicilian sun · A week held in warmth, trust, and presence

And then there was just inner peace

It doesn’t happen in the first moment. It arrives quietly—somewhere between a morning meditation and a shared laugh over tea.
After movement that opens your body, before a sunset dinner where laughter lingers like incense.

You notice it when your breath returns, when your shoulders drop, when you realize you’re not performing anymore. You’re just being.

This isn’t the vacation-kind of peace. It’s the kind that lives in your bones—born from stillness, honest connection, and the space to simply be.
And when you leave, it comes with you.
Because it was always inside you.

„Something shifted for me in Sicily. Through the breathwork and meditations, I found my way back to my faith—not just spiritually, but viscerally. It felt like coming home to something I hadn’t realized I’d drifted from.“

About

Why We Created This Space

Before there was a villa, before the quiet mornings and long dinners under the stars, there were two people who had walked through their own storms and found their way back to themselves.

Maria Cristina and Vincent didn’t set out to “start a business.” They followed a vision—born from breakdowns, breakthroughs, and the kind of moments that strip away everything you thought you had to be.

What emerged is a space to breathe deeper, feel lighter, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that life made you forget.

A Day in the Retreat

6:00 AM – Morning meditation & after talk

The day begins before the sun has even touched the hills.
At 6:00 AM, the world is still wrapped in silence. You gather with the group, wrapped in a blanket or shawl, and sink into the first morning meditation. The cool air brushes your skin, your breath slows, and as the guided after-talk begins, you feel yourself opening—softly, naturally.

By 8:00 AM, the scent of freshly brewed coffee and herbal tea drifts through the villa. Breakfast is not just food—it’s an act of care.

At the long table, you share seasonal fruit, warm bread, local honey, and steaming herbal tea. Everything is organic, seasonal, and locally sourced from Sicilian farmers who, like us, believe that food is sacred.

You eat slowly, tasting the earth’s generosity in every bite, and feel how deeply nourishment changes you when it’s prepared with love.

The second meditation of the day takes you further. Sometimes you sit in stillness, sometimes you walk through olive groves with eyes open, holding a coherent, elevated state. This is meditation you can carry into your everyday life—into conversations, choices, and actions.
The integration talk after leaves you with insights you didn’t know you were searching for.

Lunch is a celebration of simplicity: fresh vegetables from the market, olive oil pressed just days ago, bread baked that morning. You eat under the open sky, and conversations drift between deep truths and lighthearted laughter. By now, the group already feels like a soul family.

Some days it’s R.E.A.L. BoxingRelease. Embody. Align. Liberate.—where every strike pulls you out of your head and into the now. Other days, Yin Yoga gently unravels the tension your body has been holding for years. Movement is not about performance—it’s liberation. We move the energy first, so that later, your mind doesn’t have to fight to be still.

From 3:00 PM, time becomes spacious. You might rest in a hammock, journal under a fig tree, or wander the paths between wildflowers. This is also “eating”—not with the mouth, but with the senses. You’re nourishing your body and spirit with stillness, beauty, and unhurried presence.

At sunset, the villa smells of simmering sauces and fresh herbs. Home-cooked Sicilian dinners are served long-table style, with wine tastings and laughter that lingers like incense in the air. Each meal is rooted in tradition, passed down through generations—every bite a bridge between the land, the cook, and you.

The day closes with the evening meditation, when the body is soft, the mind is quiet, and the soul is ready to speak. As you walk back to your room, the sky heavy with stars, you realize: you’re not just relaxed—you’re restored. And this peace feels like it’s yours to keep.

„The schedule felt like exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Deep work in the morning, connection in the evening, and enough space to just… be.“

Where You Will Stay

La Collina dei Nebrodi

La Collina dei Nebrodi isn’t just our venue—it’s part of the experience. This villa, nestled into the hills of Sicily, is surrounded by untouched nature, olive trees, wildflowers, and a sense of timeless peace you can feel the moment you arrive.

We’re not in a resort. We’re not in a hotel. We’re in a place that feels real, sacred, and held by the land itself. Every room has an ensuite bathroom and simple, cozy comfort.

The shared spaces—the terrace, the kitchen, the long dinner table under the stars—are where many of the most meaningful moments will unfold.

From morning meditations as the sun rises, to homemade dinners cooked with love, to quiet walks through the valley—this is a place that invites you to return to your natural rhythm. This villa was once a vision. Now it’s home. And for one week, it will be yours too.

Sharing Space, Creating Connection

Life at the retreat is intimate and by invitation only, with 8–15 participants. Most rooms are shared with 1–3 people, offering both comfort and privacy.

We see room sharing as part of the magic—just like those unforgettable school trips, it’s often in the simple, shared moments that deep connection is born. You’ll likely leave not just with memories, but with friendships for life.

This is not about squeezing people into rooms. It’s about crafting an environment that feels safe, nourishing, and deeply human.
We’re not here to fill spots—we’re here to hold space.
To offer the best conditions for you to relax, grow, and thrive—with just the right amount of loving challenge to stretch you into your next evolution.

If you come with a partner or prefer your own room, we can arrange that. Just let us know.

„The atmosphere, the people, the nature… it all held me in a way I didn’t know I needed. […] I’m going home with new dreams, more courage, and the feeling of being truly loved and seen. Thank you for giving me this experience—I hope to see you all again on the next one.“

Voices from the Retreat

"I’ve done a lot of personal development work, but this retreat hit differently."

Reintegration

Where the Real Work Begins

We don’t see the retreat as the end of your journey.
We see it as the beginning.
A stepping stone. A launchpad. A moment of remembering who you are, so that you can start becoming who you’re meant to be.
That’s why reintegration is something we take seriously.
During the retreat, we’ll guide you in preparing for the after.
How to return home as a changed version of yourself.

How to face the inevitable dips not as setbacks — but as initiations.

Because life doesn’t hand you strength or abundance.
It gives you the opportunity to become the version of you that can hold it.
And sometimes, those opportunities arrive as challenges.
That’s why we stay with you.
After the retreat, you’ll stay connected through our Harmonic Leap community — a space to integrate, share, and stay anchored in the truth of who you are becoming.

FAQs

No, all levels are welcome. We guide you gently, whether you’re a beginner or have a deep practice already.

This is one of the most common questions we get — and an important one.
Our answer?
 It’s spiritual, but not woo-woo.
We’re not into vague language, guru culture, or pretending to be enlightened.

We meditate, we breathe, we move — but we also laugh, rest, and have real conversations.
You won’t find flower crowns or sound baths here.
Just grounded people doing deep inner work in a real, supportive space.

What sets this retreat apart is that we explain why we do what we do.
Years ago, people told us to meditate — but no one spoke our language.
It wasn’t until we understood the science behind the practice — how it affects the brain, nervous system, and biology — that we could fully commit.

That’s why we always teach the why behind the tools.
Because when your logical mind understands it, your body can finally trust it —
and that’s when the real transformation begins.

People who are ready for change — even if they can’t yet define exactly what needs to change.
We’ve welcomed:

  • Skeptics who never imagined themselves meditating
  • Burnt-out professionals and entrepreneurs who feel emotionally drained despite outer success
  • Mothers overwhelmed by the mental load, craving reconnection to self
  • Coaches, therapists, and healers who are always holding space for others — but rarely feel held themselves
  • Creatives blocked from their own inspiration
  • People of faith seeking to bridge spirituality and belief
  • Those healing from physical illness, who know their body holds wisdom — and want to tap into it
  • And people who’ve done years of therapy and self-development, but still feel like they haven’t quite found it

They come from all over the world — from LA to New Zealand, Amsterdam to Cape Town.
From their early 20s to their 70s.
 Different lives. Different languages.
 But one shared truth:
This version of me isn’t it anymore.

You don’t need to be spiritual.
 You don’t need experience.
You just need a willingness to meet yourself honestly — and a desire to move forward with intention.
Everyone arrives with their own story.
But they leave part of the same field.

That’s exactly why we ask people to apply or book a short intro call — so we can explore that together, with no pressure.

It’s not a sales call. It’s a chance to hear a bit about where you’re at, what you’re looking for, and to see if this experience is a good fit.

Sometimes the timing is right, and sometimes it’s not — and that’s okay. What matters most is that the retreat is a match for both you and the group.

Absolutely. Many of our guests come solo — and leave with lifelong connections.

The retreat is held in English. Our community is international.

No. We are not affiliated with Dr. Joe Dispenza or his organization. (Yet :-))

However, many of our practices — like meditation and breathwork — are inspired by his work, which we’ve experienced and integrated into our own journey.

Our retreat combines that with physical movement, deep connection, and emotional integration in a very human, grounded way.

Transformation looks different for everyone.
Some people feel a clear shift. Others notice subtle changes that unfold over time.

You won’t be pushed to quit your job or end relationships — we don’t prescribe anything.
The retreat helps you reconnect with yourself. What you do with that clarity is up to you.

And because real change often begins after the retreat, we support you through the reintegration process.

We talk openly about how to return to daily life with new awareness — and how to stay grounded when challenges show up.
You’ll leave with tools, community, and ongoing support to carry what you’ve gained into the rest of your life.

The retreat is not the end — it’s the beginning.
Real integration happens after you leave. That’s why we place so much value on community and aftercare.
You won’t just go home and be left on your own — we offer an ongoing online meditation community and future events to stay connected, supported, and inspired.

Absolutely. Understanding why we meditate or breathe in certain ways is just as important as doing it.

We don’t believe in just saying “do this because it feels good” — we explain what’s happening in your body, brain, and nervous system.

Many of us are thinkers — and for us, knowledge was a huge part of the transformation.

That’s why education is a cornerstone of the retreat: you’ll learn not only how to practice, but why it works — so that your system and your mind are both on board.

It’s about creating coherence through understanding — not just going through the motions.

Your Retreat Journey

Come Home to Yourself in Sicily

Still have questions—or does your heart already feel the pull? Schedule your personal call with us and discover whether you’d like to be one of the few joining us in Sicily. This conversation is a space for you to ask anything, get to know us, and feel into whether this retreat is the right fit.

Maria Cristina

Maria Cristina is the heart and anchor of Harmonic Leap.
Her journey began in a world where strength meant control, love had to be earned, and safety came from holding it all together.

Raised between two cultures and a narcissistic parent, she learned to adapt, to achieve, and to silence her own voice to survive.
For years, she searched for healing through self-work, books, frameworks, and personal development. It helped — but only on the surface.

The real shift came when she discovered the power of meditation and started to surrender, not just in thought, but in feeling.
That’s when she met herself again — not the version shaped by survival, but the woman rooted in truth, softness, and strength.

In one of her deepest meditations, she saw a vision:
A villa. A long table. A group of people arriving as strangers and leaving as soul family.
That vision became the foundation of Harmonic Leap.

As the lead organizer and energetic guide, Maria Cristina creates the conditions for transformation — from the practical to the profound. She is your anchor before, during, and after the retreat, holding space with warmth, directness, and deep intuition. Her gift is helping others soften — not by pushing, but by making them feel safe enough to put down the performance and be real.

Before there was a villa in Sicily… before the meditations and breathwork and the shared dinners under the stars… there was me: a woman who had spent her entire life performing, achieving, surviving. Trying to be „good enough“ in systems that never made space for her truth.

I grew up between two culturesSicilian at home, German outside—never fully belonging in either.
Under the roof of emotional instability and conditional love, I learned early on that safety meant control, that love was something to earn, and that being strong meant doing everything on my own.

By the time I reached adulthood, my independence had become my identity. But it came with a cost: emotional distance, exhaustion, and a deep disconnection from my own essence.

Even after meeting Vincent—the one person who saw me and loved me without trying to fix me—I still couldn’t fully let go. I was holding on too tightly to old protection.

Then, in December 2023, I attended a Joe Dispenza event. Not for me, but to support Vincent. Somehow… it changed my life.
For the first time, I found people who got me. Who didn’t ask me to shrink. Who thought like me, felt like me.

In one of the meditations, I saw a vision: a villa, a group of people, connection, stillness, movement, presence. I knew in that moment I was being shown something I was meant to create.
But life tested me first. I spiraled again, faced my unresolved trauma, and had a panic attack in front of my son.

In that moment, I realized: I hadn’t healed—I had just built higher walls. Vincent—bless him—put me on a plane to Orlando. Alone. To find my own voice again. And there, in one of my meditations, I surrendered. Not in thought, but in feeling.

I let it all burn: the control, the fear, the stories that weren’t mine. What remained was me. Real. Raw. Ready.

That’s when this retreat truly began. It’s not a business for us. It never was. It’s a soul offering. A space for people who, like me, have been too much, too quiet, too emotional, too strong—for too long.

It’s a place for you to take off your armor. To be soft and held, wild and honest. To move, cry, laugh, breathe, be.

Healing here doesn’t happen through fixing, but through remembering. Through witnessing. Through community.
Because healing doesn’t happen alone. It happens in the presence of others. It happens when someone like Axel makes you feel seen.
When someone like Jefi reminds you that you are love—that you just forgot.

This retreat came from that remembering. From the vision I saw and the version of myself I chose to become. And if you’re reading this, you’re likely part of that vision too. We don’t promise transformation. We promise a space where transformation becomes possible—if you’re willing to surrender to it.

Vincent

Vincent’s journey began in 2020, when burnout left his nervous system depleted and none of the conventional tools — therapy, cold plunges, coaching, or hypnotherapy — could reach the root. Everything helped temporarily, but nothing truly healed.

That changed when he discovered the science behind meditation and the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza. Once he fully committed, something reignited — and from that spark, his real healing began.

At the retreats, Vincent leads group meditations and powerful somatic breathwork sessions, drawing from his ongoing breathwork teachings and his gift for sound design to guide deep emotional release and embodiment.

One of his greatest passions is helping others understand why the work works — what’s happening in the body, the nervous system, and the brain. He studies it daily, and is currently training to become a certified neuro change solutions coach.

Because for Vincent, knowledge is power — and knowing how to integrate the inner shifts of meditation into real, 3D life is the key to lasting transformation.

I didn’t arrive at this retreat with a dream. I arrived because my body—and life—left me no other choice. At the end of 2020, I hit a wall. My nervous system collapsed. My vision lagged. Conversations became overwhelming. I was overstimulated, short-tempered, and hollowed out. And the worst part? The people I loved most—Maria Cristina and our son—were getting the leftovers of me.

I sought help. I got diagnosed. I was told: “Maybe this is your new normal.” And something in me refused. If I broke myself, maybe I could rebuild myself. So I searched. Therapists. Cold plunges. Mental frameworks. Breathwork. Some helped. None healed.

Then I found Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work. And I committed. I flew alone to my first retreat—burned out, scared, unsure.
And there, in a meditation, something cracked open. Not pain—joy. Tears on a bike ride. Pure love from within.

It was the first time I understood: we are our own pharmacy.
Later, my chronic neck pain vanished in a meditation. One night, my body realigned itself while I slept. I burned with a fever—and let it burn, knowing I was shedding the old. This wasn’t mindset work. This was biology, energy, truth.

What I left behind wasn’t just pain. It was the version of me that had been surviving. The one who overworked, overcontrolled, stayed loyal to people and systems that drained him.
So I let go—of a business, of stability, of the old me—and I chose this path. Not to teach, but to live it.

When Maria Cristina had her vision of the villa, I knew: this is why we went through it all. This retreat isn’t strategy. It’s soul. It’s the integration of everything we’ve lived through: the breakdown and the breakthrough, the masculine and the feminine, the mind and the heart.

We’re not here because we have the answers. We’re here because we’ve walked the path—and created a space for you to walk yours. So if something in you is stirring, aching, ready… maybe this is your moment too. To remember. To choose. To become someone new. Because deep down… you already know.

Sophie’s Story

As a professional in HR and IT I missed purpose in my life.

My personal experience with transformation from substance abuse, self harm, surviving domestic and sexual violence to a fulfilling and loving relationship with my inner and outer world, I became inspired to help others to achieve the same. First as a lifestyle coach and later as a personal trainer.

Through my lifelong observations of,- and experiences in working with people, I have come to realize that lasting change is always twofold. As with everything in life, contrast and balance are key elements. That’s why I focus on the combination of the physical and mental (internal-, and external). “As above, so below”

Empowering others through (online) coaching, supporting them with implementing a lifestyle that matches their goals and expression of their authentic self, has proven to give great and lasting results/change.

With a firm believe that our inner world is expressed in the external world, I support my coachees to tranform from within.

As an lived experience professional in the field of coaching and fitness, my focus is connecting with the self through the body. Regulating the nervous system, working with the body, the mind and in all areas of life(e.g. Nutrition, relationships, work, sleep) to create a well-balanced, happy, healthy, present and authentic human.

Recovering from burn out and domestic violence trauma I rebuild my strength to fight for myself through kickboxing.
First, just as a way to compliment a strength training program to build resilience, condition and health. Later on, I started to appreciate the sparring sessions as a way to leave the comfort of daily life and create a strong mindset.

Aside from dealing with the voices inside of your head, being pressured by an opponent brings a new level of discomfort and challenge to the table. Eventually, entering the ring for competitions was the last step for me to overcome myself.

This sport is perfect to reconnect with the self, get into the present moment, challenge your physical, mental and emotional state.
