What We Do Every Day

Daily Group Meditations (free)

We meditate together twice a day, every day:

We share the links with time zone conversions so everyone around the world can join. Yes, even on Christmas. Even on New Year’s.

All meditations are Dr. Joe Dispenza meditations, played live by our hosts. We never share downloads—we respect his work and ask that everyone purchase their own copies. But we play them together, because meditating in a group field amplifies the experience.

Many meditations are also customized by Vincent to enhance the sound quality, deepen breathwork rhythms, and improve transitions between phases. These adaptations are made with care to elevate your experience while staying true to the original intention.

Every two weeks, we host live community calls to connect, ask questions, and share. These are intimate, vulnerable, and filled with insight. We sometimes invite guest hosts (e.g., certified breathwork coaches) for specialized sessions.

We’re opening the space to more experiences that support the journey.
From time to time, we’ll invite guest facilitators to guide special sessions — like breathwork, sound journeys, expert talks, or gentle embodiment work.
There will also be Retreat-at-Home Days and other gatherings designed to deepen your practice and strengthen the field we’re building together.

We don’t just meditate online – we meet in person, too. Harmonic Retreats in Sicily grew from this community and brought the field to a whole new level. The bond, the coherence, the intensity of those meditations in person… it’s something else. We’ll share upcoming retreat links and updates directly in the group.

See all retreats and upcoming dates on the Retreat Overview Page.

About Pricing — Simple. Sustainable. Heart-Based.

The daily meditations and our open community will always stay free – that’s the foundation of Harmonic Leap. Everything you need to meditate, connect, and be part of the field is freely available.

For those who feel called to go deeper, there’s a Community Membership (€10 per month excl. tax) that opens access to Special Sessions like breathwork, sound journeys, expert talks, retreat-at-home days, a members-only WhatsApp group and bi-weekly live Q&A sessions. It’s a way to sustain what we’re creating together while receiving more personal connection and guidance in return.

When you join the community for free through the Typeform link, you’ll automatically receive an invitation to the Membership once you’ve settled into the field. If you decide to join the Membership, your rate is locked in forever. Even if prices increase in the future, your rate will stay the same, as a small thank-you for being part of the field from the beginning.

About

How It All Started

A person with long hair, wearing a striped sweater and black pants, stands facing a hilltop town in the distance, holding their head with both hands. A wire fence and dry grass are visible in the foreground.

It began after Maria Cristina’s Joe Dispenza October retreat in Orlando. She had just come out of a deep personal transformation and felt a strong desire to stay connected to the work. But doing it alone was hard. So she reached out to Jefi (which she met in Orlando), and together they started a small, daily meditation group.

It was simple: meditate together every day to stay accountable. But soon others joined. Vincent added sound refinements. More hosts stepped in. What began as two people meditating on Zoom became a living, breathing community of hundreds.

Now, it’s become a field. A rhythm. A support system.

What we share isn’t just structure – it’s energy. A space where people return to themselves through consistency, honesty, and a sense of family.

FAQs

What’s the difference between the free Community and the Membership?

The Community is the open, free space of Harmonic Leap — where we meet for our daily meditations, stay connected through the community channels, and grow together in shared presence. It’s free of charge, and will always remain that way.

The Membership is for those who feel called to go deeper.
It adds more personal guidance, live interaction, and ongoing access to everything that unfolds within the field.

When you join the community for free through the Typeform link, you’ll automatically receive an invitation to the Membership once you’ve settled into the field.

Absolutely. You don’t have to meditate every single day to be part of this community. Some people join us only on certain mornings (like Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays), while others come whenever their schedule allows. It’s not about the number of sessions you attend — it’s about your commitment to showing up for yourself and deepening your practice over time.

This group is here to give you structure, accountability, and the opportunity to meditate with others who are on the same journey. Whether you’re just starting to build consistency or you already have an established rhythm, you’ll find support here.

We host two live meditations every day via Zoom, and you’re welcome to join as often as it fits your life. There’s no obligation to attend every single session. Some people show up daily, while others join a few mornings a week or whenever their schedule allows.

If questions or new experiences come up, you’ll always find support. You can bring them into the chat room or join our bi-weekly Q&A sessions, where the hosts and admins address common questions and make sure everyone feels guided and understood.

Harmonic Leap isn’t just a meditation group – it’s a community. We see ourselves as more than a chat or a schedule of sessions; this is a space where people come together to support each other’s journey of healing and self-improvement, whether mental, physical, or spiritual.

There’s plenty to keep you connected. We have a private chat space for sharing, bi-weekly live Q&A calls, and often meet in person at our retreats. Many members form deep, lasting friendships through the group.
Yes, joining the Harmonic Leap community is completely free. There are no hidden fees or subscriptions, and the daily meditations – the heartbeat of this field – will always stay free.

By Maria Cristina

After my retreat in Orlando, something shifted in me. I had just come out of a deep personal transformation—a moment of clarity that cracked me wide open. And I knew one thing for sure: I couldn’t go back to how things were before.

I needed to stay close to the work. To the energy. To the part of me that had awakened.
But doing it alone… felt impossible.

At the time, I was part of one or two other meditation groups, but they were all based in the U.S. Their sessions were in the middle of the night for me—times I just couldn’t consistently join.

And even though I had Vincent by my side, and technically I could meditate alone, I know myself. I thrive when I feel connected. When I have others around me walking the same path. When there’s a field of accountability and support.

So I reached out to Jeffy. We had met at the retreat, and I felt safe with her. I asked if she wanted to meditate together every day—not in a big, structured way, just to keep the energy alive and hold each other accountable.
And that’s how it started. Two people. Every morning. No expectations—just presence.

But life has a way of growing things that are aligned.
 Soon others joined.
Vincent started refining the sound, making the meditations feel more immersive and alive.

More people came in. Hosts stepped up.
And what began as a small Zoom link became a field. A rhythm. A global community.

Now, we meditate together twice a day, every day. We’ve been through breakthroughs, crashes, grief, expansion, all of it—together.
This isn’t about perfection or performance.
 It’s not a course. It’s not a program.
It’s a space to return to yourself, day after day, with others who are also walking that path.

We don’t just share links.
We share presence. Stories. Wins. Cracks. Truth.
It’s not always easy. But it’s always real.

And in a world that moves fast and asks so much, this community has become a place to slow down, breathe, and remember:
You’re not alone.

Maria Cristina

Maria Cristina is the heart and anchor of Harmonic Leap.
Her journey began in a world where strength meant control, love had to be earned, and safety came from holding it all together.

Raised between two cultures and a narcissistic parent, she learned to adapt, to achieve, and to silence her own voice to survive.
For years, she searched for healing through self-work, books, frameworks, and personal development. It helped — but only on the surface.

The real shift came when she discovered the power of meditation and started to surrender, not just in thought, but in feeling.
That’s when she met herself again — not the version shaped by survival, but the woman rooted in truth, softness, and strength.

In one of her deepest meditations, she saw a vision:
A villa. A long table. A group of people arriving as strangers and leaving as soul family.
That vision became the foundation of Harmonic Leap.

As the lead organizer and energetic guide, Maria Cristina creates the conditions for transformation — from the practical to the profound. She is your anchor before, during, and after the retreat, holding space with warmth, directness, and deep intuition. Her gift is helping others soften — not by pushing, but by making them feel safe enough to put down the performance and be real.

Before there was a villa in Sicily… before the meditations and breathwork and the shared dinners under the stars… there was me: a woman who had spent her entire life performing, achieving, surviving. Trying to be „good enough“ in systems that never made space for her truth.

I grew up between two culturesSicilian at home, German outside—never fully belonging in either.
Under the roof of emotional instability and conditional love, I learned early on that safety meant control, that love was something to earn, and that being strong meant doing everything on my own.

By the time I reached adulthood, my independence had become my identity. But it came with a cost: emotional distance, exhaustion, and a deep disconnection from my own essence.

Even after meeting Vincent—the one person who saw me and loved me without trying to fix me—I still couldn’t fully let go. I was holding on too tightly to old protection.

Then, in December 2023, I attended a Joe Dispenza event. Not for me, but to support Vincent. Somehow… it changed my life.
For the first time, I found people who got me. Who didn’t ask me to shrink. Who thought like me, felt like me.

In one of the meditations, I saw a vision: a villa, a group of people, connection, stillness, movement, presence. I knew in that moment I was being shown something I was meant to create.
But life tested me first. I spiraled again, faced my unresolved trauma, and had a panic attack in front of my son.

In that moment, I realized: I hadn’t healed—I had just built higher walls. Vincent—bless him—put me on a plane to Orlando. Alone. To find my own voice again. And there, in one of my meditations, I surrendered. Not in thought, but in feeling.

I let it all burn: the control, the fear, the stories that weren’t mine. What remained was me. Real. Raw. Ready.

That’s when this retreat truly began. It’s not a business for us. It never was. It’s a soul offering. A space for people who, like me, have been too much, too quiet, too emotional, too strong—for too long.

It’s a place for you to take off your armor. To be soft and held, wild and honest. To move, cry, laugh, breathe, be.

A woman with a purple sleep mask on her forehead stretches her arms upward while sitting indoors. Two other people sit nearby, one partially visible, in a relaxed, casual setting.
A smiling woman with dark hair and a toddler with blonde hair, both cuddling closely on a gray couch. The toddler is holding a plush toy and they appear relaxed and happy.
A group of people sit around a long dining table, smiling and raising glasses, enjoying a meal together indoors. The atmosphere is lively and joyful, with plates of food and drinks on the table.

Healing here doesn’t happen through fixing, but through remembering. Through witnessing. Through community.
Because healing doesn’t happen alone. It happens in the presence of others. It happens when someone like Axel makes you feel seen.
When someone like Jefi reminds you that you are love—that you just forgot.

This retreat came from that remembering. From the vision I saw and the version of myself I chose to become. And if you’re reading this, you’re likely part of that vision too. We don’t promise transformation. We promise a space where transformation becomes possible—if you’re willing to surrender to it.

Vincent

Vincent’s journey began in 2020, when burnout left his nervous system depleted and none of the conventional tools — therapy, cold plunges, coaching, or hypnotherapy — could reach the root. Everything helped temporarily, but nothing truly healed.

That changed when he discovered the science behind meditation and the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza. Once he fully committed, something reignited — and from that spark, his real healing began.

At the retreats, Vincent leads group meditations and powerful somatic breathwork sessions, drawing from his ongoing breathwork teachings and his gift for sound design to guide deep emotional release and embodiment.

One of his greatest passions is helping others understand why the work works — what’s happening in the body, the nervous system, and the brain. He studies it daily, and is currently training to become a certified neuro change solutions coach.

Because for Vincent, knowledge is power — and knowing how to integrate the inner shifts of meditation into real, 3D life is the key to lasting transformation.

I didn’t arrive at this retreat with a dream. I arrived because my body—and life—left me no other choice. At the end of 2020, I hit a wall. My nervous system collapsed. My vision lagged. Conversations became overwhelming. I was overstimulated, short-tempered, and hollowed out. And the worst part? The people I loved most—Maria Cristina and our son—were getting the leftovers of me.

I sought help. I got diagnosed. I was told: “Maybe this is your new normal.” And something in me refused. If I broke myself, maybe I could rebuild myself. So I searched. Therapists. Cold plunges. Mental frameworks. Breathwork. Some helped. None healed.

Then I found Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work. And I committed. I flew alone to my first retreat—burned out, scared, unsure.
And there, in a meditation, something cracked open. Not pain—joy. Tears on a bike ride. Pure love from within.

It was the first time I understood: we are our own pharmacy.
Later, my chronic neck pain vanished in a meditation. One night, my body realigned itself while I slept. I burned with a fever—and let it burn, knowing I was shedding the old. This wasn’t mindset work. This was biology, energy, truth.

What I left behind wasn’t just pain. It was the version of me that had been surviving. The one who overworked, overcontrolled, stayed loyal to people and systems that drained him.
So I let go—of a business, of stability, of the old me—and I chose this path. Not to teach, but to live it.

Three smiling people wearing sunglasses pose for a selfie on a sunny day outdoors, with a black-and-white dog between them and a scenic landscape with hills and a distant town in the background.
A bearded man with a topknot stands on a sandy beach, eyes closed, smiling peacefully with his hands clasped to his chest. He is wearing a loose white shirt, earphones, and jewelry. Palm trees and people appear in the background.
A man wrapped in a light gray blanket with a sleep mask on his head stands outdoors at sunrise, with hills, trees, and a bright sun visible in the background.

When Maria Cristina had her vision of the villa, I knew: this is why we went through it all. This retreat isn’t strategy. It’s soul. It’s the integration of everything we’ve lived through: the breakdown and the breakthrough, the masculine and the feminine, the mind and the heart.

We’re not here because we have the answers. We’re here because we’ve walked the path—and created a space for you to walk yours. So if something in you is stirring, aching, ready… maybe this is your moment too. To remember. To choose. To become someone new. Because deep down… you already know.
