General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all participants and members of Harmonic Leap, including those attending one-day and week-long retreats, as well as any memberships, online offerings, or related services promoted on our website or through our platforms.

 

2. Payment, Deposits & Installments

Week-Long Retreats

  • A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking.
  • If booked more than 60 days before the retreat, you may pay in two installments:
    • 50% due at booking (including the 10% deposit)
    • Remaining 50% due no later than 30 days before the retreat
  • If booked within 30 days of the retreat, full payment is required immediately.
  • All balances must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start date.

One-Day Retreats

  • Must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • No refunds are provided.
  • If you are unable to attend:
    • You may transfer your spot to another participant (with prior notice), or
    • You may reserve a spot at a future one-day retreat (credit valid for 6 months, with priority access).

 

3. Membership Terms

Overview

The Harmonic Leap Membership (“Membership”) is a monthly subscription that grants exclusive access to additional community benefits, including but not limited to:

  • The Harmonic Leap Library (recordings, workshops, and resources)
  • An exclusive WhatsApp members group
  • Other member-only perks, content, or discounts that may be introduced from time to time.

Payment & Renewal

  • Memberships are billed automatically each month (“automatic incasso”) on a recurring basis.
  • By subscribing, you authorize Harmonic Leap to charge your chosen payment method on a monthly basis until cancellation.
  • The membership fee for the current period is €10/month, but this amount may change in the future. Once subscribed, your membership price will remain fixed at your original rate for as long as your membership remains active.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your membership at any time.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — no further payments will be charged after that point.
  • Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all membership perks, including:
    • The members-only WhatsApp group
    • The call library and exclusive content
    • Any other membership benefits or discounts
  • You will remain part of the free Harmonic Leap community, including access to the daily meditations and public communications.

Non-Refundable Payments

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once a new billing cycle begins.
  • If a payment fails, access to membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment is completed.

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Retreats)

Week-Long Retreats

  • 60 days before event: Full refund, minus the 10% deposit
  • 30–59 days before event: 50% refund, minus deposit
  • Less than 30 days before event: No refund (transfer permitted)
  • Exceptional refund requests may be reviewed case by case.

 

5. Participation & Conduct

Participants and members must:

  • Treat others with respect and kindness
  • Refrain from discrimination or harassment
  • Consume alcohol responsibly
  • Refrain from illegal substance use
  • Respect others’ privacy and personal boundaries

Violations may result in removal from the event or membership community without refund.

 

6. Travel & Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

  • Holding valid travel documents and complying with applicable laws
  • Obtaining travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Harmonic Leap is not liable for travel disruptions, legal issues, or personal injury.

 

7. Liability & Disclaimer

All participation in retreats, events, or online programs is voluntary and at your own risk.
Harmonic Leap is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or personal losses.
Facilitators are not medical professionals, and sessions are for educational and personal growth purposes only.

 

8. Force Majeure

Harmonic Leap is not liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by natural disasters, travel bans, health crises, or similar events beyond our control.
Where possible, we will offer rescheduling or credit options.

 

9. Media Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during events or community activities for promotional use.
If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please inform us in writing before the event.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All retreat, event, and membership content—including materials, recordings, and teachings—remains the property of Harmonic Leap and may not be reproduced, shared, or recorded without written permission.
